Refund Policy

At Willow Gardens, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

  • Damaged or lost orders: If your item arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • How to request a refund or replacement: Please contact us by phone at 386-201-0046 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable) so we can assist you quickly.

  • Processing time: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. If you choose a replacement, we will ship it out as soon as possible.

Please note: Because we work with live plants and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or loss in shipping.
